We are a 5 star accredited, Brightspire-sponsored continuing care retirement community (CCRC) for seniors located in Laurinburg N.C. Scotia Village offers a full continuum of care on the premises featuring all private accommodations in our Independent Living, Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing. JOB RELATED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION:

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with residents, families, and staff.
• Possess an understanding of the social, psychological, and recreational needs of the aged.
• Have ability to generate enthusiasm and interest in participating in activities and developing friendships among resident members.
• Time management skills to plan, organize, implement, and document activities of independent and assisted living residents. Change the goals and objectives when necessary.
• Proficient computer skills.
