Description:
- In charge of overseeing all surveying tasks throughout the entire stages of the civil project.
- Leading a team of surveyors to guarantee the accurate capture of control points during the construction process.
- Hold a Diploma in Land Surveying or Geo-spatial Information and Technology.
- Accumulate a minimum of 8 years of work experience in Civil Projects, with a project value of at least $200 million. Completion of at least one project as a recognized resident surveyor by the Land Transport Authority (LTA).
- Demonstrate proficiency in providing precise information to both the site team and clients, showcasing technical expertise and knowledge.
- Hold registration as a Resident Surveyor with the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).
