RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER

at  IDEALS RECRUITMENT PTE LTD

• To review all Authority’s and Contractor’s drawings
• To review the Contractor’s design and supervise all works
• To review, evaluate, and assess all formwork structures, formwork support systems, etc.
• To ensure that the contractor has obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work
• To ensure that contractors carry out their work in compliance with the prevailing regulations set up by the building authorities and government agencies of Singapore
• To attend site or coordination meetings as directed
• Supervise construction works, maintain quality control, and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, design intent, approved drawings, and site instructions by the supervising qualified persons and project consultants/clients
• Inspect and monitor the quality of workmanship of the works on-site
• Inspect materials and workmanship of construction work
• Perform tests to check the quality of materials
• Keep and maintain proper and updated site records on the progress of work
• Follow the approved engineering drawings /documents & carried out the inspection
• Other ad hoc duties as and when directed
