Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Scope of works includes supervision and coordination of all Mechanical &Electrical works.
- Ensure that all installations are in accordance with the Working / Approved Drawings, and applicable local Codes, Regulations and Standards.
- To attend site meetings and site walks with developer and consultants as required.
- Assist the Consultants in supervision and inspection of construction work on site.
- Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards.
- Maintain and update site records on project progress.
- Inspect and monitor quality of workmanship of M&E works on site.
- Check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings.
