Description:

We are a leading construction company specializing in road signage and related products in Singapore. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced RTO to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor contractors’ daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site
  • Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by QP/Superintending Officer/Consultant/Employer
  • Review and check all the drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.
  • Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and non-conformances/irregularities to QP/Consultants/Employer.
  • Assist in reviewing of contractor’s method statements and working procedures and assure contractor followed on site.
  • Prepare lists of defects, monitor the progress of rectification works and ensure all the defects are satisfactorily rectified.
  • To ensure all the construction works have complied statutory requirements

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Must be registered as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with BCA/IES/ACES.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Autocad
  • Candidate with civil/infrastructure experience will be considered earlier.
  • Must be a team player with strong leadership, communication, and supervision skills
