THE ROLE – RESIDENTIAL CLEANER

Pinnacle Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cleaner to join our cleaning team in Crosland Moor,Huddersfield

We are looking for 2 x cleaners to work Monday to Friday

• Cleaner 1 10.30am – 2pm (17 ½ hrs )
• Cleaner 2 2pm - 5pm (15hrs)

DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide professional cleaning services to our client to a high standard at all times by completing all aspects of cleaning across the building which includes

• Damp & spot mopping, Damp dust /polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings
• Vacuuming of carpeted areas including barrier matting
• Cleaning of internal glazing within easy reach
• Cleaning toilets facilities, hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
• To clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces.
• Removal of waste from internal litter bins
• Deep cleaning where specified
• Clinical clean as required
• Cleaning in communal areas (stairs & Landings)
• Use cleaning materials in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
• Carry out any reasonable task requested by the Managers and Supervisors

PLEASE NOTE : AS THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE WORKING IN EXTRA CARE FACILITIES, CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO COMPLETION OF A SATISFACTORY ENHANCED DBS CHECK.
