Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor - Central London
Regional property specialise law firm is recruiting for an experienced conveyancer/Solicitor to join its leading conveyancing team in Central London
REQUIREMENTS
Residential conveyancers applying must have at least 2 years experience handling a caseload from inception through to completion using a case management system
Experience dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages and shared ownership matters is essential.
Responsibilities:
This role will involve acting on behalf of a range of builders, lenders and private clients the successful fee earner will be exposed to a wide range of matters
You will be exposed to high quality work and have the opportunity to work on a low volume, varied caseload
