ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the team as a leading hand with the idea to move into a Supervisor Role in about 6 months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE
- Communicating with a range of people including site management, company clients, tradesman, sub-contractors and apprentices
- Providing direction and supervision to teams of Labourers and Operators
- Ensuring project deadlines are being met and quality workmanship in maintained
- Work closely with management and stakeholder to ensure a safe and efficient operation of the site.
