POSITION DESCRIPTION:
For the position of Residential Manager, we are looking for a dedicated, talented individual who has a passion for helping our developmentally disabled adults to achieve their goals and live a full life. Current open position is located in our Copiague, LI group home.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality of resident care is provided, 24 hrs./day, 7 days/week;
- Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans;
- Manage staff scheduling, training, performance management and regulatory compliance;
- Overseeing optimal household maintenance and adherence to budgets.
