CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in the German language at a B2 level (Candidates who do not meet this requirement initially may still be considered, with the possibility of undergoing language assessment in the coming weeks)
Preferred background in nursing with previous experience
Desire to work in a nursing home environment
Demonstrated social skills, along with physical and psychological resilience
Ability to take responsibility, strong communication skills, and a proven capacity to work effectively in teams
Clean criminal record
