Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
An opportunity exists for a Residential Property Manager, within the Block Management team, based in our Finsbury Circus office in London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Residential Property Management, with exposure to mixed-use schemes and experience managing complex service charges.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead consultations on proposed budgets for client approval.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and year end accounts.
- Ensure budgets are sent to Client Accounting in a timely manner and in the prescribed format.
- Ensure timely answering of Accountants’ queries for Year End Accounts sign off.
- Regularly review service charge cash flow and budgets.
- Prepare BVAs and quarterly reports.
- Prepare and submit board reports.
- Board level presenting.
- Proactively manage customer and client arrears.
- PO approval management.
- Timely responses to leaseholder queries.
- Maintain an up to date insurance claims schedule.
- Prepare for client meetings, record minutes, and address arising actions.
- Ensure accurate client reports are issued within agreed timescales.
