Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion.
  • Provide expert advice on a broad spectrum of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and lease extensions.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and third parties to ensure smooth and efficient progression of cases.
  • Conduct legal research and stay abreast of changes in property law to provide informed and up-to-date advice.

Requirements:

  • Newly Qualified to 3 years PQE in residential property law.
  • Strong background in handling various residential property matters.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
