Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion.
- Provide expert advice on a broad spectrum of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and lease extensions.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and third parties to ensure smooth and efficient progression of cases.
- Conduct legal research and stay abreast of changes in property law to provide informed and up-to-date advice.
Requirements:
- Newly Qualified to 3 years PQE in residential property law.
- Strong background in handling various residential property matters.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
