Description:

Home Based Residential Property Solicitor (3+PQE)
Up to £47,000
A well established and growing firm are currently seeking an experienced and motivated residential property solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience to join their firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and leasehold matters.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents and correspondence, and provide clear and concise advice to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professionals within the industry.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of legal services.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential property law.
  • Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing and related matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
  • IT literate, with experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
