What is this job?We take an integrated approach to care in the Bridge Program, blending both holistic and clinical methods to help address symptoms and start the journey towards recovery.
You would be part of a larger team working together to organize and run programming activities, ensuring the daily schedule of each child meets their goals, assisting with their educational needs, appointments, and modeling life skill-building activities.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field from an accredited College or University. Experience is preferred but not required for applicants with a bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field.

OR

• Associate degree plus 3 years experience in related fields

OR

• High school diploma plus 3 years experience in related fields

Other Job Requirements*

• This position requires you to drive BCC vehicles. Must have a valid, active, driver’s license with less than 7 points.
• Background check and drug screen required.
