Description:

RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER (LEVEL 1)

Salary: £23,151.50 per annum (£18,771 per annum pro-rata)
Location: Barry, Vale of Glamorgan
Contract/Hours: Permanent, Part-time – 30 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Our Residential Support Worker (Level 1) is an entry level role where you don’t need previous experience or qualifications, we’re looking for a positive attitude and the desire to give the best care to children and young people. This is a great opportunity to get your ‘foot in the door’ and allows you to explore the field of Social Care and decide if it’s the right fit for you, whilst gaining practical experience.
You’ll create a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to grow and develop, ensuring wellbeing is prioritised by delivering personalised care, guidance and advocacy. It’s key that they stay safe and healthy and can reach their full potential.
