We have a new role within our Operations department for a Resiliency Testing and Governance Specialist. This position can be based from our UK offices including Central London, Crawley and Glasgow locations.
The role will assist in the monitoring of the resilience programmes against internal policy and external regulations and will be responsible for internal (Board level) and external reporting including regulatory responses and annual Self Assessment.
You will also manage, develop, implement and monitor the full life cycle of Testing under the EMEA Resilience team including Business Continuity, Operational Resilience & DORA testing programs including supporting IT DR testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the ongoing development and annual implementation of Chubb’s Operational Resilience Framework and to own Chubb’s Important Business Services Register
  • Maintenance of the full Operational Resilience program lifecycle including IBS Assessments, Pillar Framework reviews, Vulnerability Assessments including associated reporting.
  • Deliver the EMEA Resilience Testing Strategy, ensuring the testing program satisfies regulatory requirements while also adding tangible value to the business that exists across the EMEA organisation, which is are maintained, updated, and regularly tested with action items documented and followed up through to completion.
  • Take ownership for the creation and coordination of internal (COO, Steering Committee and Board Reporting) and external (annual self-assessment and regulatory responses)
  • Think analytically, identify service risks and propose workable solutions to mitigate or reduce resilience risks
  • Work with stakeholders to translate resilience findings into actionable remediation plans
  • Support the implementation of resilience programs, associated processes and procedures documentation
