Description:

Based in the heart of Manchester, CTI is now one of the largest digital transformation agencies outside of London. Not only will you have exposure to some exciting technologies but you’ll also get to know our various teams and departments.
Working with the Resource Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day resource management across the business. Focusing on maximising utilisation, whilst considering wider impacts to ensure positive client and staff satisfaction. As a key member of the operations team, you will also support administrative duties to ensure operational processes are followed well and maintained.
Reports to: Resource Manager

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Good communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to multitask
  • Previous experience in an agency environment is a bonus
  • Previous administrative experience is a bonus
    You do not need to have any previous resource coordinator experience, however, we are looking for candidates who have a passion for digital transformation and technology.
    Location: Our head office is in Manchester city centre (Ancoats) - we adopt a hybrid working model (2 days in the office per week)
    Salary: Dependent of experience

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day resource management across all departments in the business
  • Facilitation of estimate requests
  • Attend handover to production meetings and present current resource bookings
  • Proactively work with project managers to confirm resource requirements accurately up to date
  • Support administrative duties for the operations team
