EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT

  • Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clinical program development through content preparation and task execution, which may include:

  • Designing slide or document bases on Canva or Microsoft Suite
  • Organizing course content
  • Verifying edits, and ensure documents follow approved formats
  • Ensuring brand maintenance, design review, for existing products
  • Adding course content to online LMS platform
  • Centralizing, organizing, and visualizing information for easy access on LMS platform
  • Assisting with program pilots through scheduling, printing, purchasing supplies
  • Tracking project progress and reporting KPIs to management.
  • Building social media posts and plans to showcase products and build following
  • Assisting with the transfer of content to a new website
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordination of internal and external meetings
  • Additional duties as required

Education & Experience

  • Some post-secondary, experience with Graphic Design and Visual Communications preferred

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Self-starter, detail oriented and organized
  • Sense of humor, intelligence, and independence
  • Enrollment in post-secondary education
  • Excellent computer, word processing and design skills
  • Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office a benefit
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to decipher complicated topics to write in simple language
  • Outstanding networking and presentation skills
  • Ability to utilize multiple communication tools
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and performance software
  • Demonstrates flexibility by changing routine to accommodate organizational needs
