EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT
Responsibilities include:
Supporting clinical program development through content preparation and task execution, which may include:
- Designing slide or document bases on Canva or Microsoft Suite
- Organizing course content
- Verifying edits, and ensure documents follow approved formats
- Ensuring brand maintenance, design review, for existing products
- Adding course content to online LMS platform
- Centralizing, organizing, and visualizing information for easy access on LMS platform
- Assisting with program pilots through scheduling, printing, purchasing supplies
- Tracking project progress and reporting KPIs to management.
- Building social media posts and plans to showcase products and build following
- Assisting with the transfer of content to a new website
- Assisting with scheduling and coordination of internal and external meetings
Additional duties as required
Education & Experience
Some post-secondary, experience with Graphic Design and Visual Communications preferred
Required Skills and Attributes
- Self-starter, detail oriented and organized
- Sense of humor, intelligence, and independence
- Enrollment in post-secondary education
- Excellent computer, word processing and design skills
- Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office a benefit
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to decipher complicated topics to write in simple language
- Outstanding networking and presentation skills
- Ability to utilize multiple communication tools
- Knowledge of social media platforms and performance software
- Demonstrates flexibility by changing routine to accommodate organizational needs
