Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Resource Manager will work within the global IT function, responsible for developing the system for tracking resource allocation across a department of over 150 people. The successful candidate will own the resource sourcing partnerships (permanent recruitment, contractors, resource as a service) and will hold responsibility for ensuring resource issues do not slow down project or service delivery.
YOUR OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL FOCUS ON…
- Coordinating Group IT resource and/or delivery services in conjunction with service owners for approved projects
- Owning resource sourcing relationships, ensuring value, speed and success
- Owning all contractor processes – SOWs, CEST assessments, time sheet management, GRN’ing etc.
- Meeting with service owners to review ad update resource availability and allocation
- Planning future resource requirements and heat maps resource requirements
- Ensure PMO resources are delivering effectively
