    Your new role as a Resource Planner will see you develop, organise and coordinate short- and long-term resource planning to ensure that cost effective, timely and regulatory maintenance requirements are achieved.
    You will be responsible to align aircraft maintenance tasks requirements with labour requirements to guarantee a safe and efficient maintenance layover/downtime for the customer and to make sure the maintenance shop floor has all the required resources to perform the task.

You’ll Have –

  • Previous experience in roster planning, management or scheduling
  • Demonstrated background in working with fatigue management
  • Proven interpersonal communication skills
  • Previous experience in maintenance control systems and procedures
  • A strong background in working collaboratively and effectively coordinating with various stakeholders
  • Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to effectively manage deadlines and workload
  • Highly self-motivated with demonstrated initiative to work without direct supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle competing demands
  • Great computer literacy
  • Familiarity with Webroster or Ground star (advantageous)
  • Ability to work on a rotating 6-day roster (day shift)
