Responsibilities:
- Playing a key role in delivering talented candidates to long standing clients across the world.
- Working with an International client base across Europe – including Asset Management, Private Banking, Investment Banks and prestige Stock Exchanges.
- Mostly placing contractor roles (c70%), you will enjoy a varied role working on Permanent mandates too – enabling you to define the recruitment discipline that suits you best for the future.
- Technology specialists will vary depending on the accounts you work, a majority of which will be Developers (C#, Java) as well as Testers, Dev Ops, Programme Managers and Analysts.
- Typical day rates could range from £400 to £1,000+ - and Permanent roles are c£80k/£90k salaries.
- Depending on your experience and skill set, the role will also include client interaction and managing the placement process.
- Partnering with a Key Account Manager on specific clients, you will carve out your own specialism and niche.
