PH Jones are looking for a Resourcing & Capability Coordinator to join our performance team to support our contractor end to end recruitment cycle. You will drive quality and diverse talent with a focus on targeting hard to fill vacancies.
We operate as a true partner providing advice, close support, and guidance whilst remaining agile and proactive. To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable with a high volume of work, working closely with hiring managers, and have the confidence to communicate at all levels. You will require excellent organisation and prioritising skills.
A key part of this role is forming positive working relationships with colleagues across the business, so strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to act with integrity and observe confidentiality is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting with end-to-end contractor labour resourcing
  • Writing effective job adverts to attract the best talent for all vacancies
  • Evaluating the suitability of candidate CV’s and applications including the responsibility of pre-interview screening
  • Proactively looking at new ways of attracting quality candidates
  • Accountable for the direct sourcing of candidates using various databases, systems, and platforms and pro-actively sourcing for hard to fill vacancies
  • An understanding of market labour to support with market data requests
  • Responsible for coordinating the scheduling of interviews for the Hiring Managers
  • Liaising with Hiring Managers on general recruitment enquiries offering advice and support
  • Facilitating and supporting with conducting virtual interviews
  • Responsible for making offers and remaining the point of contact for each candidate throughout the onboarding journey to ensure starter conversion
  • Supporting Candidates and the Central Administration Team with any documentation required to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Pro-actively maintain the data held within our systems
  • Supporting with end-to-end labour workforce conversions
  • Updating and maintaining internal systems and external platforms
  • Be responsible for the safe and secure handling of personal data and information
