The opportunity:
We have two exciting opportunities for a Recruitment Administrator role to support NSW and VIC within our Trade division. This is a multi-faceted role so you will need to be able to juggle multiple priorities and manage your time effectively. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, this role will be an integral administrative support regarding recruitment within Trade Division,

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Publish Advertisement
  • Candidate screening and shortlisting
  • On boarding/induction (via recruitkit) & medical questionnaires
  • Drug testing & Fitness for Work Screenings
  • Client visit management for QLD, NSW & VIC
  • Candidate interview management for QLD, NSW & VIC
  • Assist other team members and management with various duties as required

Required Skills/Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years experience in administration
  • Solid computer skills
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Previous experience in recruitment
