Description:

We’re looking for a Resourcing Partner to support our Buying and Merchandise and Estates departments. Responsibilities:

As a Resourcing Partner, your role is to ensure we are attracting, sourcing and selecting the best talent for Harrods. You will have line management responsibility for a dedicated Talent Coordinator so will coach, mentor and develop as appropriate.
You will be responsible for recruiting high calibre candidates ensuring you follow all the relevant stages of the recruitment process including briefing, attracting, sourcing, screening, interview and offer management. This includes all position types including permanent, fixed term and contract as well recruitment agency management. You will be accountable for designing different recruitment processes to deliver the best candidate experience and calibre to the business, whilst also maintaining the integrity of our recruitment system and its data.
You will be responsible for informing all stakeholders involved in the resourcing process by providing accurate and regular communication, ensuring you build effective relationships with line managers, educating and managing their expectations regarding the recruitment process.
You are also responsible for regularly reviewing candidate experience, looking for ways to improve and continuously raise the bar for the candidate journey.
