Description:
The Resourcing Technical Compliance and Systems Manager is the lead specialist within the Trust responsible for the effective running of the chosen resourcing system. This includes keeping up to date with all rostering software options within the marketplace and making recommendations to the Trust as to the best and most appropriate rostering software.
The post holder will be the first point of contact for all system queries and developments relating to GRS and is primarily responsible for system security. This includes responsibility for setting up, maintaining, and regularly reviewing appropriate and suitable user access rights.
The role is pivotal in ensuring data is accurately recorded for contracted hours, bank hours, overtime hours and all absence hours.
The post holder is also accountable for correct contracted hours and overtime payments as set out by A4C and as per individual terms and conditions and contractual agreements ensuing that claims meet the current and correct Trust criteria and guidance as well as any legal requirements.
