The Position: The Respiratory Equipment Specialist (RES) Alberta & Saskatchewan is responsible for all sales activities as it relates to the Ventilation and Pulmonary Function portfolios. This position will be required to work closely with the Regional Manager, Manager of Respiratory Care, RDX clinical team, technical service, and all cross-functional teams at THS. The RES Alberta & Saskatchewan rep will be responsible for selling, implementing, in-servicing and servicing customers for all products within the RES portfolio. The RES is the primary contact with customers and is accountable for building market share within all product categories and providing support for clinical applications of the portfolio.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Post secondary degree in Business, Medical Sciences, or equivalent
  • A medical clinical designation (ie. Respiratory Therapist, Nurse, etc.) is an asset.
  • Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of previous work experience in hospital medical device sales.
  • Experience with National GPOs and Provincial SSOs
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft suite of products.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work projects.
  • Bilingual in French, both written and oral is an asset.
