LEAD A PASSIONATE AND DEDICATED TEAM OF CARER TO DELIVER HAMMONDCARE’S MODEL OF CARE WITH ITS OVERNIGHT RESPITE COTTAGE SERVICE IN TERREY HILLS
Full-time position, in our new Cottage Respite Home, you will be responsible for the management and direct care of clients’ individual needs.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading a passionate and dedicated team of staff to deliver HammondCare’s model of care with its Overnight Respite Cottage ‘Bugari’ in Terrey Hills.
- The role of Overnight Respite Cottage Manager works with the Head of Clubs and Cottages to recruit, mentor and lead staff, manage budgets, ensure quality and oversee all technical aspects of care provision at the Respite Cottage.
- Responsible for the management and direct care of clients’ needs, you will provide professional, capable and aligned leadership for your team in order to deliver individualised care to our clients
- You and your team will make a significant difference in improving the quality of life for those we care for and their carers.
