We are looking for new and talented individuals as a Responsible Engineer (RE) to join the Plant Engineering team supporting HVAC, Clean Utility, or Black Utility at our site in Hillerød.
About the position
In this position, you will begin by learning about daily operations and what systems are involved in each area within the Plant Engineering team. You will then be part of the ongoing expansion projects and learning about designing, commissioning, qualification, and validation of equipment. While the expansion projects are important, the operation and maintenance of the current facility is equally important and a part of the daily tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity to enter the world of GMP and contribute to the production of life saving medicine along with building the facilities of the future.
The position requires a personality who takes ownership and can manage a wide range of stakeholders in many different fields.

Major responsibilities for a Responsible Engineer:

  • Stakeholder management
  • Planning and execution of projects within
  • Existing facility
  • New projects (improvement, changes, etc.)
  • Expansion projects
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on e.g., audits
  • Maintain knowledge of performance, issues, current state of equipment, etc.

Qualifications

Professional skills:

  • You have a marine engineering (Maskinmester), a bachelor, master, or degree in a relevant field, preferably in Engineering.
  • Experience from relevant field is preferred but not a requirement.
  • Ability to communicate in English at a business level, Danish is not mandatory.
  • GMP knowledge is a plus but not required.

  • Ability to collaborate with a large range of stakeholders
  • Possess a can-do attitude and ability to navigate in a project setting

About the Team and the Department
The Plant Engineering team consists of 10 process engineers who provide support for all Plant Utilities and Supporting Equipment, such as steam boilers, cooling and heating systems, HVAC systems, water pre-treatment systems, as well as but not limited to USP water systems.
They specify User Requirements for their equipment as well as provide engineering support to daily operations. Finally, as a team, we strive towards Fujifilm’s 2030 goal for zero emission by following and monitoring energy usage and constantly look for optimization opportunities.
