Position Summary:

• Manage all aspects of the food and beverage department, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
• Responsible for managing all food and beverage outlets, ensuring associates are providing service excellence with each customer experience
• Be a passionate, forward and inviting manager by providing motivation and support to the team
• Ensure the restaurant is consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning
• Lead the food and beverage department with all operational tasks, strategies and team building initiatives
• Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Food and Beverage department
• Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Courtyard by Marriott Core values
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
• Prepare and conduct department training to enhance overall service quality through innovative and creative techniques.
