Description:
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Restaurant & Deli Manager to run a busy breakfast and lunch service
- Ensuring service, counters and fridges are set up and cleared down properly
- Supervising and supporting the team on shift to deliver exceptional service and standards
- Contributing to excellent paperwork and administration across food safety and waste
- Assisting with cold food production (deli sandwiches and grag and go options)
