Join us at the RSC’s renowned Rooftop Restaurant as a Host, where you’ll set the stage for our guests’ memorable experiences. As the face of our establishment, you will extend a warm welcome to every visitor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Your knack for hospitality will shine as you assist with bookings, manage reservations, and collaborate closely with our catering team and other departments to deliver seamless service. If you have a background in hosting and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences, we would love to have you on board!

What will I receive:

What will I be doing?

• Meeting and greeting all guests whether in person, on the phone or email in a professional and friendly manner and be approachable when meeting RSC guests.
• Working collaboratively with the Rooftop team and deliver first class service within the Restaurant.
• Assisting with bookings and enquiries for events and reservations liaising closely with the Senior Catering Co-ordinator
• Liaising with the Catering Managers, Assistant Managers, and Supervisors to ensure consistency of service standards
• Fully promoting the Rooftop Restaurant
