Description:

  • Has full knowledge of food & beverage operations, menus knowledge and cooking methods applied, menu cycles and service standards
  • To build sales in the restaurant in order to achieve the sales target
  • Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labour costs
  • Motivate staff in achieving sales target and customer satisfaction
  • Lead the team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
  • Create team spirit by being a leader and a motivator and leading by example
  • Establish targets, schedules, policies and procedures
  • Ensure that guest service in all areas meet the company’s standards
  • Manage customer complaints to build brand loyalty
  • Maintain a high standard of food quality and service
  • Manage and take care of outlet assets, equipment and machine maintenance
  • Conduct pre service roll call
  • Forecast staff requirements and plan the roster accordingly

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min 2-3 years working experience in Food and Beverage Managerial position
  • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Excel, restaurant management software, POS)
  • Good team player, responsible and diligent worker with positive attitude
  • Possess strong leadership & communication skills, independent, resourceful, planner, result oriented
  • Must be Guest-oriented and service-minded
