Description:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management.
- Min of 5 years in restaurant in restaurant management.
- Provide strong leadership to the restaurant team, ensuring a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Recruit, train, and supervise staffs, including chefs, stewards and other support staff.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
- Knowledge of Restaurant P&L
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest relations to ensure smooth dining experiences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines and sanitation standards.
- Experience in handling Indian (North / South) Cuisine.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and Public holidays.
