Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure workflow operations for front of house and back of house are updated and SOP are executed

seamlessly in the restaurant.

  • Excellent customer service to guests through food recommendations and genuine interactions.
  • Ensure strict quality and hygiene standards in the restaurant and all service crew adhere to the quality

standards set up by HQ.

  • Schedule manpower arrangement to ensure smooth operations in the restaurant.
  • Monitor reservation system and table seating.
  • Work closely with head chef to ensure front of house and back of house have seamless operations.
  • Responsible for daily cash flow, petty cash flow in the outlet.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Work closely with Area Manager to report incidents and suggestions for improvements.
  • Minimum relevant 3 years working experience in restaurant.
  • Willing to work roster, weekends and public holidays.
  • Service oriented and energetic.
  • Willing to lead and nurture service crew.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
