Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure workflow operations for front of house and back of house are updated and SOP are executed
seamlessly in the restaurant.
- Excellent customer service to guests through food recommendations and genuine interactions.
- Ensure strict quality and hygiene standards in the restaurant and all service crew adhere to the quality
standards set up by HQ.
- Schedule manpower arrangement to ensure smooth operations in the restaurant.
- Monitor reservation system and table seating.
- Work closely with head chef to ensure front of house and back of house have seamless operations.
- Responsible for daily cash flow, petty cash flow in the outlet.
REQUIREMENTS
- Work closely with Area Manager to report incidents and suggestions for improvements.
- Minimum relevant 3 years working experience in restaurant.
- Willing to work roster, weekends and public holidays.
- Service oriented and energetic.
- Willing to lead and nurture service crew.
- Able to multi-task.
- Proficient in MS Office.
