‘La Lune’ cafe/bar/restaurant Fremantle
The candidate must be French or fluent in French. Must be passionate, a strong collaborator and excellent in developing lasting relationships with guests.
‘LA LUNE’- a Parisian café, bar à vins and restaurant - A spot for relaxed informal dining and drinks serving variations to Paris & New York French classics utilising the very best of West Australian produce.
Located in East Fremantle’s George Street, with beautiful natural light and a Heritage masonry façade the concept will lend itself to include a fun casual terrace scene, reminiscent of the back leafy streets in Paris or the West Village in New York.
We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our wonderful and energetic Front of House Team with great opportunities of growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct, lead and supervise all FOH staff in collaboration with Head Chef and Company Directors:
The candidate must be French or fluent in French.
Job details not limited to:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring that quality, integrity, standards, and customer expectations are met. Including the development and maintenance of client relations, reservations, business development and the promotion and management of our Private Room.
- Liaise with Head Chef to plan overall food productions, taking into consideration;
Forecasts, Probable number of guests.
- Work with the Head Chef to ensure all inter-kitchen and department outlet transfers are complete, accurate and performed in a timely manner.
- Receive function sheet and schedule appropriate staff with the guidance/assistance of the Head Chef.
- Check and approve time sheets.
- Ensure that all food and beverage prepared is served according to La Lune standards.
- Participate in determination of Food and Beverage goals and action plan.
- Attends Management and F & B Meetings as required.
- Ensure weekly labour forecast for FOH staff is completed
- Liaising with the Maître D for scheduling/staffing requirements.
- Adhere to all La Lune policies and procedures.
- Undertake any other work-related tasks which may reasonably be required from time to time as requested by Executive Management.
