ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a hands-on and can-do attitude leader. As a Corporate Restaurant Manager, there is no restaurant owner to fall back on as the overall leader of the team - it’s all you, my friend! The Mad Mex style of leadership is to build a strong team through ongoing support and development, in an environment that makes our team feel safe and appreciated.

Responsibilities:

Our Restaurant Manager at Mad Mex is the point person for every facet of our restaurant’s operations. We call our managers “Business Managers” because the business is exactly what they’re responsible for. Each week you’ll be forecasting sales, managing stock, driving your team, and first and foremost building your business by delivering fantastic service and the World’s Best Burritos. You will be responsible for recruitment, team engagement & driving culture while living and breathing the Mad Mex values.
