Pepe’s Italian & Liquor, located in one of Melbourne’s most iconic heritage buildings is currently looking to add to our leadership team! We believe that staff are what makes a place truly special, so if you want to be valued for your contribution we would love to have you on our team. With 1960s jazz and big band playing on the speakers, the best cocktails shaking this side of the city and food to make your friends Insta-jealous, this is the place to be!
With shifts throughout the day and night, Pepe’s offers a variety of service styles to bring out your passion for hospitality and learn in a high-volume venue that goes from strength to strength. We need someone with a bright personality and a proactive attitude to help the Venue Manager expand our already high-volume venue into the coming months and years as we grow our successful business. Working with an established management team and a growing staff base of seasoned employees and new faces, your next role with Pepe’s will help lay the foundations for running large, fast-paced venues and one day starting your own!
