- Oversee the operations (Outlet & Kitchen). Responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations & maintaining high store standards and
conditions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service.
- Ensure compliance to company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are strictly adhered to
- Monitoring inventory and Stock taking.
- Provide orientation for new employees
- Planning & arrangement of work schedule for the outlet.
- Cashier Duties
- Submit daily sale report
- Perform opening and closing duties
Requirements
- Experience in F&B Operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on and customer-focused role, someone with drive, efficiency and assertiveness
- High initiative and positive attitude
- 6 days’ work week, including weekends/PH
