Description:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to stand or walk for hours at a time up to 4-8 hours.
Team members will continuously be performing hand and wrist work including grasping, and bending and twisting but rarely fine hand manipulation.
- Team members will seldom kneel, squat or climb stairs.
- Team members will continuously lift or carry 0-35 pounds, occasionally lift or carry 36-50 pounds and rarely lift or carry over 50 pounds.
Responsibilities:
Condado Shift Leaders assist the restaurant management team in executing restaurant operations during scheduled shifts. You will deploy team members and delegate tasks so that team members can create and maintain a great guest experience.
Prioritizes the guest experience, models superior guest engagement and fosters a positive work environment.
Partners with the Restaurant Managers in leading all aspects of the guest experience, brand and merchandise presentation, work environment, and inventory control.
Supports the Restaurant Manager in training team members, directing daily work responsibilities, and providing performance feedback and coaching.
Co-facilitates the opening and closing of the restaurant, including cash-drawer balancing.
Maintains hands-on knowledge of all restaurant roles and steps in regularly to perform various responsibilities as business needs dictate.
