Description:

AT A GLANCE:

  • Working pattern- 37.5 hours per week. Mixed shifts on a rota basis including weekends. Earliest start time is 7 am, latest finish time is 11:30 pm with occasional 1 am finishes for large events
  • This role is based at Odney in Cookham
  • Salary range - The salary range for this role is £24,400 - £28,400 per annum
  • Contract type - This is a permanent role
  • Live- in accommodation -Shared single Live- in accommodation is available from £135pcm

ESSENTIAL SKILLS YOU’LL NEED:

  • Relevant and proven experience in supervision of Food/Beverage service
  • Self-motivated/ Industrious.
  • Competent in IT systems and able to use standard software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and meticulous attention to detail.

DESIRABLE SKILLS YOU COULD BRING:

  • Certificate in Food and Beverage Service
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader (Restaurant Supervisor) who has the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team of F & B Partners in delivering a consistently high level of service and standards. You’ll need to be comfortable operating in a busy environment and create a spirit of mutual respect, value, empowerment and trust amongst the team.
We need someone who enjoys the challenge of working to meet targets, maintains straightforward records and achieves high standards through others.
You’ll work collaboratively with other hotel functions and support areas and be keen to be a key part of the hotel’s leadership team.
You’ll organise, supervise and work within the hotel’s Restaurant and Food, Beverage Operation. Maintain and deliver the required exemplary standard of food and beverage service, hygiene and food safety across all areas of the hotel’s F and B operation to deliver a first-rate guest experience.
