Description:

The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Restorative Justice Officer to join us! Working in the Social Housing sector can be challenging and in this intensive role, you’ll work with some of our most challenging and vulnerable customers. With that being said, it is also rewarding and exhilarating, in which no two days are the same and most importantly, you’ll be supported by a close-knit team.
You’ll predominantly concentrate on ensuring restorative justice within our communities – you will proactively meet with our tenants and various stakeholders to mediate issues and educate them on restorative justice. You’ll role will be to hold meetings between various parties – this will include sourcing suitable venues, frequent travel around Midland Heart’s geography to meet with tenants and general administration duties including compiling notes / agreements between parties.
We operate a true hybrid working model in which we deliver our service from the best location for the service to be delivered. You can therefore expect a healthy balance of remote and onsite working.
Due to the nature of the role and requirement to travel, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate their ability to travel across the Midland Heart geography.
