Description:

The post (35 hours per week) will be based within a busy resuscitation services team.
The successful candidate will be expected to work independently, but also as an integral member of the team.
The workload itself will involve the provision of a full and wide range of administrative support to the Resuscitation Service. This will involve working with hospital clinical staff, support services and also liaising with other services both internal and external to the Trust.
This post will provide the successful candidate with the ideal opportunity to further expand on existing administrative skills. It is therefore essential that candidates possess some level of previous administrative experience and can demonstrate excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills. It is also vitally important that they are computer literate, are able to comfortably work as part of a team, and remain calm when under pressure, always dealing with the public and staff in a polite and timely manner.
Reporting to the Resuscitation Services Manager and liaising closely with the team, your role will include monitoring and recording training data and preparing course material.
You will be responsible for ordering all training material/products and a range of other duties.
