Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Resuscitation Training Officer available within the trust and also the new Health and Social Care Academy.
The successful candidate will work across sites within both of our Simulation Suites.
To co-ordinate the use with the maintenance of all resuscitation equipment within the Trust.
To act as a professional resource for all members of the hospital team.
To act as key resource for simulation training
To maintain high standards of delivery of resuscitation training through audit and to have the ability to act upon any issues identified.
To ensure an accurate resuscitation database is maintained.

To respond to critical incident investigations when appropriate, producing action plans necessary to ensure safe, effective procedures are in place and appropriate training provided.
To offer support and advice to all staff after a resuscitation attempt and facilitate the opportunity for reflective practice
