We are hiring Retail + Experience Associates for our Wayne Gretzky Estate Winery and Distillery - this person will work a variety of shifts including in our retail shop and doing tours and experiences around the property.

• Sharing your passion for our products and welcoming guests into our estate.
• You will facilitate guided tours and experiences for property guests
• You will process guest sales (via POS system), stock store shelves and assist with the merchandising of non-wine merchandise
• You will learn and follow retail inventory control procedures (receiving, ordering, promotions, stocking, experience write-offs); participate in monthly retail inventory process
• You will actively share wine club benefits with guests and be responsible for your impact on the group sales target
• You will keep your area tidy and help guests and visitors find their way through the property.

the requirements…

• Demonstrated Guest/Customer service excellence focus
• Passion for our industry
• Comfortable adding value to customers experience with suggestive selling habits
• Experience working with computer based point of sale systems and handling cash an asset
• Smart Serve Certification is a requirement
• Ability to recognize when guests and team members would benefit from support and assistance; contributing to others’ initiatives without having to be asked
