TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• University studies;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Retail business;
• Communication and influencing skills;
• Leadership skills;
• Customer orientation;

• Drive, self-motivation, Integrity;
• Willing and being able to travel extensively in order to be closer to the designated area.

• To maximize sales and profitability of the managed Service Stations;
• To oversee the sales activities and safe operation of Service Stations at the assigned area;
• To ensure people development at the stations;
• To ensure proper operational partner management
