Business Consultant – Fuels Retail

• Responsible for ensuring complete and robust Account Plans for all retail sites in area of responsibility are developed, plus monitors monthly performance and agreed action plans to ensure NOI targets are achieved.
• Evaluates and analyzes local competitive market trends and provides information to mgmt.
• Accountable for collaborating with customer-support groups to manage the operation of retail facilities within designated geographic area.
• Works with relevant internal groups to deliver superior service and manage CVX assets.
• Ensures on-site execution meets Chevron standards, while achieving all financial and operations metrics.
• Accountable for the implementation and monitoring corporate OE & HES safety standards, programs and other regulatory requirements.
• Provides input and helps in identifying and developing new business opportunities within the sales area to strengthen the network.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering or any Management/Business course
• With at least 2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing
• Has good negotiation and people/interpersonal skills
• Has advanced analytical skills
