We are currently seeking a Retail Communications Advisor to join our client based in Dockland, VIC.

HYBRID WORKING ARRANGEMENTS (3 DAYS IN OFFICE, 2 DAYS WFH)

They are seeking a Retail Communications Advisor to lead the development and execution of retail communications for their B2B card customer base.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Retail Communications Advisor, you’ll be responsible for leading the development and execution of the retail communications stream of the B2B card communication plan. Your key responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

  • Managing digital communications, primarily via email (eDM) & SMS, to keep B2B card customers informed about our client’s site changes and specific retail offers.
  • Maintaining and growing the Membership card volumes through compelling retail offers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify cross-sell and growth opportunities.
  • Ensuring branding alignment and adherence to global/local brand standards.
  • Supporting Sales and Marketing team leaders with core performance activities and risk management.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience is prioritized in all communication activities.Key Challenges:
  • Navigating the competitive and evolving retail landscape with aggressive competitor activity.
  • Managing multiple campaigns concurrently while maintaining quality and effectiveness.
  • Growing Membership card share of wallet through engaging communications and offers.
  • Collaborating closely with Business Managers & Dealer Account leads to ensure timely communications and offers.
  • Prioritizing and managing workload in a streamlined organization through maintaining a team Marketing/activity Calendar.Qualifications & Experience:
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of previous experience in Marketing/Communications.
  • Strong understanding of small to medium business and retail environments.
  • Digital innovator with the ability to think laterally.
  • Strong stakeholder management capability.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skill.
  • Must have strong time management skills / ability to manage large number of campaigns concurrently
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be preferredWhy Apply?
