Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Retail Company Stores Manager position offers an opportunity to lead and execute retail best practice in the provision of tyre and auto service sales for Bridgestone Retail company stores in Victoria whilst ensuring sales, profitability, customer experience, and safety targets for the stores are achieved.
You will ensure that Company Retail Stores in Victoria perform effectively by coaching and leading Managers in retail best practice, operational management, leadership, recruitment, training and development and safety.
The position requires you to travel and work from our company stores located across Melbourne.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:

  • Certificate IV in Front Line Management desirable but not essential
  • Sales management experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer skills (Marlin, Excel, Word, and email software)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing business improvement, and effecting operational change
  • Ability to manage, engage, and motivate employees
  • Strong time management skills
  • Knowledge of HSE and commitment to safe workplace practices
  • Demonstrated initiative/self-motivated
