Purpose
The Retail Co-ordinator at Shaw Trust is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of our retail estate remotely. This role includes coordinating both reactive and planned maintenance activities, handling various administrative tasks, and fostering a supportive environment for the retail team. The Retail Co-ordinator ensures seamless operations across all retail shops, maintains compliance with health and safety regulations, and provides essential support to shop managers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate with diverse stakeholders to uphold Shaw Trust’s mission and standards.
