Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation, aligning with deliverables and expectations.
  • Apply standards, methodologies, and practices through analysis, design, project management, and implementation of initiatives.
  • Own and proactively drive the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation, transition to operational state, and adoption of new technology.
  • Manage all project aspects to deliver according to approved baselines (scope, budget, quality, schedule, benefits, and risk).
  • Report project progress, success criteria, and metrics to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Identify training requirements and develop & deliver training modules to support key business initiatives.

You’re Likely a Match If you have

  • Project Management Certification (e.g., AIPM, PMI / PMP, PRINCE2) and knowledge of Agile Project Management.
  • Effective communication skills for connecting across all business levels and championing change management.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Experience in training and coaching stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and advanced planning & organization skills to prioritize competing demands.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
